HOUSTON — (Realty News Report) — Toll Brothers, one of the nation’s top 10 homebuilders, is expanding its product offerings in Houston with a series of homes designed for buyers age 55 and up.
The company will sell its Regency brand of homes in Chambers Creek, an active adult community by Caldwell Communities in Willis. Residents will have access to amenities such as trails, pickleball, tennis, and golf within the Chambers Creek master plan.
Toll Brothers has been expanding across the U.S. into communities with resort-style amenities that provide opportunities for residents to socialize with fellow empty nesters or retirees. Chambers Creek spans more than 1,200 acres west of I-45 near Calvary Road, about 50 miles north of downtown Houston.
“We are excited to debut these versatile Regency home designs exclusively for 55+ home shoppers in Chambers Creek,” said Brian Murray, Division President of Toll Brothers in Houston. “These homes represent the first Toll Brothers Regency offering in the Houston area. With the upcoming opening of our Blossom and Riverside Collections in Chambers Creek, our Toll Brothers active-adult customers will soon have the opportunity to enjoy an unparalleled lifestyle in a beautiful, amenity-rich community.”
Toll Brothers will offer 47 homes from the Blossom Collection on 45-foot wide lots and 53 homes from the Riverside Collection on 70-foot wide lots. The open-concepts homes have two or three bedrooms, up to 3.5 bathrooms and two- and three-car garages.
Prices begin in the upper $300,000s. The sales center is at 9846 Vista Ridge Circle and the model park is located off of Lakeside Vista Circle in Willis.
Other builders in Chambers Creek are Beazer Homes, Caldwell Homes, Coventry Homes, Del Webb, and Partners in Building. Other developments by Houston-based Caldwell Communities include The Highlands in Porter and Towne Lake in Cypress.
