HOUSTON – The Upper Kirby District organization is moving into a recently redeveloped building on the Southwest Freeway, near Levy Park in the Inner Loop of Houston.
The 93,000-SF building, 3120 Southwest Freeway was acquired by Stream Realty Partners in a partnership with American National Insurance Company in 2012. Since then, the partnership has completed a multi-million-dollar renovation program.
“When the Upper Kirby District decided to relocate our offices, a central location within the District and close proximity to Levy Park were high priorities. In addition, a first floor ‘store-front’ presence, a large conference space for public meetings and easy access were important,” President of Upper Kirby District Jamie Brewster said. “The Plaza at Audley meets all of our needs and is easily accessible for our constituents and the public.”
Upper Kirby District advocates economic development and the redevelopment of underperforming properties near the Kirby Drive Corridor in the Inner Loop area of Houston.
