WorkSuites Leases Space for Co-Working Facilities

2001 Timberloch Place in The Woodlands

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – WorkSuites, a new co-working brand formerly known as Meridian Business Centers, is expanding in Houston.

WorkSuites leased 30,355 SF 5th floor at 2001 Timberloch Place in The Woodlands. WORKSUITES works with John Pelletier and Greg Burns of ESRP as its national brokers, and Dan Boyles and Michael Mannella of NAI Partners on the company’s Houston needs. Timberloch Place was represented by Paul Coonrod and Mat Volz of Stream Realty.

In another deal, WorkSuites has leased 15,000 SF on the third floor of the 510 Bering Drive building on the west side of the Galleria area. Dan Boyles and Michael Mannella of NAI Partners represented WorkSuites with ESRP’s John Pelletier and Greg Burns.The landlord was represented by Richard Barbles of Stream Realty.

WorkSuites has 13 locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, two in the Houston area and is opening more Houston locations in the coming months, says CEO Flip Howard.
