Dart Container, based in Mason, Mich., is spending $38 million on the project, according to the Corsicana City Council.
In Houston, a branch of the Dart ownership organization, Third Palm Capital, owns the former Exxon Chemical campus in the Energy Corridor. The property, located on the south side of the Katy Freeway at Eldridge, is being redeveloped as Republic Square.
