AUSTIN – World Class Capital, an Austin firm led by Nate Paul, has contracted to buy the 156-acre 3M campus in northwest Austin.
3M, the manufacturer of Scotch tape and Post It Notes, will relocate to a 272,000-SF office building that will be constructed in the Parmer Business Park, a development near Parmer Lanes, east of Interstate 35. Trammell Crow and Karlin Real Estate are developing the business park.
The 3M property, which includes more than 1 million SF of office space, is in northwest Austin at 6601 River Road.
