Sugar Land Physician Partners purchased 4.2 acres at the northwest corner of First Colony Boulevard and Highway 59 in Sugar Land, Texas. The seller, Sugar Land Properties, was represented by Planned Community Developers. Kolbe Curtice of Colliers International represented the buyer.
