AMARILLO, Texas – Fort Worth-based Morris-Floyd Capital Partners has purchased the 159,000-sf Wolflin Village Shopping Center near Interstate 40 in Amarillo, Texas.
Morris-Floyd Capital, founded by Bill Morris and Walter Floyd, has invested in, or developed more than 900,000 sf of outdoor and enclosed malls, and community and power centers worth over $120 million since 2010.
The Amarillo center was purchased with existing financing assumed from Wells Fargo. Chris Cosby and Chris Gerard of CBRE brokered the sale. The center was purchased from Dunhill Partners, who acquired the property in 2009 from the previous owner, Houston-based Weingarten Realty, which had owned the property for more than 20 years.
