HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – CBRE announced that Robert Del’Ve has been appointed Managing Director of Project Management. Del’Ve, who has been a leader in CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business since 2016, will be responsible for managing PJM business for the Houston market, including corporate interiors, investor-directed assets, and move management. “Bob’s 30 years of experience focused on sustainable business solutions will complement our current team of experts in the Houston office,” said Cody Armbrister, Senior Managing Director for CBRE’s Houston operations.

NAI Partners promoted Joe Bright of the company’s Office Tenant Rep group, to Senior Associate, according to Jon Silberman, Managing Partner of NAI Partners. Prior to joining NAI Partners, Bright was with S.E. Covington & Co.

Howard Hughes Corp. announced Jim Carman was named president of the Houston Region, which includes The Woodlands. Carman takes over the position formerly occupied by Paul Layne, who was promoted to CEO. Heath Melton was named Executive Vice President, Master Planned Communities Residential.

High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, announced Yewande Fapohunda has joined the firm as senior vice president and will be responsible for leading the sourcing, shaping and executing of new multifamily development opportunities throughout the Houston market.

Savills has expanded its services platform with the addition of Mark Alvarez as a senior managing director specializing in surplus property services. Based in Savills Houston office, he will lead the new offering and serve as the firm’s subject matter expert on impaired properties.

James Wise has joined Powers Brown Architecture as the Design Manager of the Interiors studio.

Integra Realty Resources, a commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms, announced Michael Welch has rejoined the company as Managing Director of the IRR—Houston office. Welch will work alongside IRR—Houston’s Senior Managing Directors Todd Rotholz and Edward B. Schulz.

Tucker Douglas has been promoted to associate in Michael Hsu Office of Architecture in Houston.

Cope Bailey has been hired as an associate at Studio RED Architects.
