RNR Real Estate Briefs from Realty News Report– HUMBLE, Texas — Colliers handled the sale of a 2.9-acre parcel near Will Clayton Parkway on Timber Forest Drive, east of Highway 59 and south of FM 1960 in Humble. The buyer, MikeNPrang, LLC, was represented by Rick Trevino of Loyal Texas Properties. Tom Condon, Jr. of Colliers represented the seller, Patricia Al-Attas Barrett. The buyer will develop a facility for the assembly and sale of mobile security camera trailers.
HOUSTON — A 6,000 SF warehouse on 18,725 SF of land at 5327 Katy Freeway, Houston, sold in July. The property is on the south side of the Katy Freeway Feeder Road between TC Jester Boulevard and Durham Drive. Ashley Casterlin with Davis Commercial represented the sellers.
THE WOODLANDS — NAI Partners arranged a 2,677 SF lease for the Leger Ketchum & Cohoon, PLLC, law firm at 10077 Grogans Mill Road in The Woodlands. NAI Partners’ John Zivley represented the tenant and Lisa Hughes with SVN | J. Beard Real Estate represented the landlord.
PASADENA, Texas- Reed Vestal and John Erck, of Junction Commercial Real Estate represented an affiliate of Junction’s Private Equity division in the acquisition of 1001 East Shaw Avenue, an 80,110 SF Industrial / Office – Warehouse on 9.1 acres in Pasadena. Fronting Highway 225, over half of the recently acquired property is currently leased by Camin Cargo Control, an energy and utility company who performs Inspections, Laboratory Testing, and Additive Treatment services to the Petroleum Industry.
HOUSTON — Farha International Inc. has acquired the 74,501 SF Monroe Medical Plaza, a three-building project on 6.79 acres at 8525 Gulf Freeway from Monroe Casco Ltd. John Indelli of JLL and Daniel N. Casey of Casco Realty Advisors Inc. represented the seller.
SPRING, Texas – Visionworks leased 2,874 SF of retail space in the Shops at Spring Town Center, near FM 2920 and Kuykendahl Road, from NewQuest Properties. Andrew Alvis and Kevin Sims of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Zac Hoffer and David Stukalin of The Retail Connection represented the tenant.
HOUSTON –Olive Tree Affordable Housing, an aaffiliate of Olive Tree Holdings, a real estate investment firm focusing on value-add multifamily projects, unveiled its $7.8 million modernization plan atThe Life at Westpark, a 312-unit affordable multifamily complex in Houston.
SEABROOK – Brixton Capital, a Solana Beach, Calif-based firm led by Mark Selman, purchased Regatta Bay, a 240-unit apartment community at 2555 Repsdorph Road in Seabrook. The sellers, Miami-based Lloyd Jones and Polaris Realty, were represented by Matt Saunders of Newmark. United Apartment Group (UAG), a San Antonio-based property management firm acquired by Brixton in 2020, will manage the property.

CARROLTON, Texas – Archway Equities has acquired the 192-unit Toscana Apartments in the Dallas suburb of Carrolton. The seller was HLC Equity. The purchase represents Archway’s second apartment investment in the immediate submarket and increases the Beverly Hills, Calif.-based real estate investment firm’s Texas holdings to 3,000 units. David Austin and Rob Key of JLL brokered the transaction.
AUSTIN – NAI Partners arranged the sale of a 5,083 SF medical property at 10125 Lake Creek Parkway in Austin. NAI Partners’ Tyler Jaynes and Ryan McCullough represented the seller.
FORT WORTH — Bill Bledsoe of Henry S. Miller facilitated the sale-transfer of 21 acres along Bonds Ranch Road in North Fort Worth. Avid Holdings, LLC, will develop a retail center on the frontage acres while Avondale Development Group retains some 175 acres for small industrial, office and flex warehouse suites
NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – Lilly Golden of Evergreen Commercial Realty represented Guitar Center and Music & Arts in the leasing of 9,289 SF and 2,599 SF of retail space, respectively, in Creekside Town Center at Interstate 35 and FM 106, New Braunfels, from NewQuest Properties. Kevin Sims and Nick Ramsey of NewQuest represented the landlord.
KILLEEN, Texas – NAI Partners arranged the sale of Windchase Apartments, a 92-unit multifamily property in Killeen. NAI Partners’ Jason Chtay and Gary Hebert represented the seller, AJH Windchase.
SAN ANTONIO – Cushman & Wakefield will handle property management and project development for Landmark One, a 167,899 SF office building on San Antonio’s northwest side near Interstate 10 and Loop 1604.
AUSTIN – JLL Capital Markets handled the sale of Woodland Self Storage, a 92,288 SF, 952-unit, storage facility in Austin. JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Endeavor Real Estate Group. Extra Space Storage purchased the property.
DeSOTO, Texas — The Dallas Morning News leased 13,977 SF of warehouse space in Falcon Centre, 1707 Falcon Drive, DeSoto, from Owen Bros. Enterprises. Brian Pafford and Michael W. Spain of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord. Todd Awe of TAG Realty Management Inc. represented the tenant.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Westmount Realty Capital of Dallas acquired the West Tech Industrial Portfolio, a 316,752 SF portfolio consisting of five office/warehouse buildings in the western and southwestern suburbs of Minneapolis.
LAS VEGAS, Nev. — JLL Income Property Trust bought Silverado Square, a 48,000 SF retail center in Las Vegas for $24.4 million. The retail property is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market.
MIAMI, Fla. – Blue Atlantic Partners (BAP) recently sold six multifamily properties in the Sunbelt. BAP purchased the Georgia and Texas properties in 2014, completing value-add programs during its hold. The properties were sold to two different buyers in deals brokered by Newmark, JLL and CBRE. The sale marks BAP’s exit from its joint venture with two Israeli institutions: Haphoenix Insurance and Psagot, which has since been acquired by Altshuler Shaham Investment House and Harel Insurance Investments and Financial Services.
DENVER, Colo. – Cushman & Wakefield represented Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, in fully leasing a new 141,524 SF, Class A industrial/distribution building in central Denver. The tenant is Minneapolis-based Target Corporation, which leased the building at 6300 North Broadway, named Prologis Broadway Distribution Center.
