Coats Rose moved to 9 Greenway Plaza from 3 Greenway Plaza and will operate on the 10th and 11th floors. The firm’s Clear Lake area office joined the new, expanded location, which measures 50,000 sf.
The Greenway Plaza mixed-use project, developed by Kenneth Schnitzer, is located near the Southwest Freeway and Buffalo Speedway in the Inner Loop of Houston. Greenway is now owned by Cousins Properties of Atlanta.

Ron McWherter and Paul Penland, with CBRE in Houston, represented Coats Rose in lease negotiations. April Miller, Project Management Director with CBRE’s Project Management team, guided the design service and construction selection and process, along with vendor coordination for the relocation.
“We have valued our 12-year relationship with Coats Rose and were pleased to partner with the firm for their office relocation and expansion.
