AUSTIN – Accesso Partners, has acquired 7700 Parmer, a 913,000-square-foot office campus in northwest Austin for $275 million.
The development is near Apple’s $300 million campus that is under construction and near the existing corporate campuses for Dell, National Semiconductor and IBM.
Accesso, based in Hallandale Beach, Fla., bought 7700 Parmer from Spear Street Capital. Susan Hill of HFF arranged acquisition financing through JP Morgan Chase Bank. Formerly known as Beacon Investment Properties, Accesso owns office buildings in Houston, Dallas, Austin and other major cities.
Transwestern will manage Accesso’s Austin project, which is 94 percent leased. Years ago, the campus was occupied by Freescale Semiconductor.
