MISSOURI CITY, Texas – NAI Partners will manage a new 36-acre business park underway on the southern side of the Houston area on U.S. 90-A at Beltway 8.
The two-phase project, called Gateway Southwest Industrial Park, will have 527,800-SF of industrial space when both phases are complete. The project is a joint venture of Conor Commercial and USAA Real Estate Co.
Phase I of the park consists of Building 1, a 131,560 square foot front-load facility and Building 2, a 217,440 square foot cross-dock facility. As part of Phase II, Building 3 will be developed as a 176,800 square foot facility providing a front-load configuration.
The Gateway Southwest Industrial park is situated at a strategic location, says Jim Tainter, NAI Partners’ Managing Director – Property Services Division.
Hines, Trammell Crow and Stream Realty and other developers have been active in the area with new projects.
Ed Bane and Jon Michael of Bridge Commercial Real Estate are handling leasing at Gateway Southwest Industrial Park.
