MISSOURI CITY, Texas – NAI Partners will manage a new 36-acre business park underway on the southern side of the Houston area on U.S. 90-A at Beltway 8.

The two-phase project, called Gateway Southwest Industrial Park, will have 527,800-SF of industrial space when both phases are complete. The project is a joint venture of Conor Commercial and USAA Real Estate Co.

Phase I of the park consists of Building 1, a 131,560 square foot front-load facility and Building 2, a 217,440 square foot cross-dock facility. As part of Phase II, Building 3 will be developed as a 176,800 square foot facility providing a front-load configuration.
