HOUSTON – Fleet Management Co. has purchased 9.2 acres at Airtex Commerce Center – Phase II located at 431 E. Airtex Drive where a Penske rental and equipment maintenance facility will be built.
The seller, Molto Properties, was represented by Walker Barnett and Ryan Byrd of Colliers International. Glynn Mireles and Richard Warren of CBRE represented the buyer in the transaction.
Molto originally purchased a 20-acre commercial land site in 2014 with Austin-based Generational Commercial Properties.
After developing the adjacent 166,250-SF facility, Phase I, the excess 9.2 acres was marketed for sale and/or build to suit opportunity. The site is near Interstate 45.
Molto Properties, based in Illinois, is a privately held real estate investment and management company specializing in the acquisition and development of industrial properties in the Chicagoland and Midwest areas.
