DALLAS – Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, a REIT led by Houston investor Al Hartman, has acquired Three Forest Plaza, a 366,549 SF office building in the Park Central submarket of Dallas.
HFF represented the seller in the transaction and David Wheeler, Russell Turman, and Julian Kwok represented Hartman. The building, located off of Forest Lane near the LBJ Freeway, is 73 percent leased.
The Hartman REIT owns 18 buildings in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio, including 1 million SF in Dallas.
