Dailey Oil Tools building in Conroe has been sold.

CONROE, Texas – The Dailey Oil Tools building, a 60,000-square-foot office project in a NewQuest Crosswell business/commercial park in Conroe,  has been sold.

Houston developer Allen Crosswell of NewQuest Crosswell has developed the 115-acre business/commercial park, called Conroe Waterfront Center, as a move to capitalize on the growth north of Houston near the Exxon Mobil campus.

Colliers International handled the sale of the office building. Tom Condon, Jr. and Jason Tangen represented the seller, CCAC Conroe Holdings LP,and Michelle Soderberg and Todd N. Edmonds represented the buyer.

The office building is situated on 14.2 acre, located on the east side of Interstate 45, off of Plantation Drive between FM 3083 (Teas Nursery Road) and Drennen Road.

The site is a 20 minute drive from the Exxon Mobil Campus and 10 minutes from The Woodlands, Crosswell says.

The business park is suitable for office professional, medical, restaurant, hospitality, and retail, Crosswell says. The project is known as “Conroe Waterfront Center – A Natural Commerce Park.”
