TRADE BRIEFS

TUCSON,  Ariz. – The 410-unit Casa Bella, located at 175 West Valencia Road in Tucson, AZ. The 410-unit apartment community was sold for $9,100,000.  The Buyer was BH Properties of Los Angeles, CA. The transaction was negotiated by Art Wadlund of the Tucson office of Hendricks & Partners.

 CHICAGO — Aspen Place Apartments, a 416-unit, value-add multi-housing community in Aurora, Illinois is being marketed by HFF on behalf of Kensington Realty Advisors. No asking price disclosed.

DAVIS, Calif. – The 120-unit Alder Ridge, located at 4005 Cowell Boulevard in Davis was sold for $14,900,000. The Seller was The Second Alder Ridge Group of San Diego, CA.The Buyer was 4005 Cowell Boulevard Property, LLC a Washington limited liability company, by: 4005 Cowell Boulevard Property Manager, LLC, a California limited liability company of Scotsdale,AZ. The transaction was negotiated by Steven A. Nelson and Al R. Inouye of the Sacramento office of Hendricks & Partners.

DALLAS – The 164-unit Wellington Place apartment complex has been sold to a Dallas investor. The seller was LBUBS 2007-C2 Forest Lane, LLC a Texas limited liability company of Miami Beach, Fla. The transaction was negotiated by Peter Hartnett of the Dallas office of Hendricks & Partners.
