Arch-Con Completes Industrial Project

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – (Realty News  Report) – CLX Ventures has completed New Braunfels Commerce Center, a 651,000-SF speculative industrial complex in New Braunfels, one of the fastest growing small cities in the nation.

New Braunfels, located between Austin and San Antonio, has been the nation’s third-fastest growing city in the nation since 2000, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

The four-building New Braunfels Commerce Center industrial complex is located on 47 acres on Goodwin Lane near FM 306, not far from I-35 and Highway 46.

“This master-planned business park provides great flexibility and meets the expanding eCommerce demands of the area,” Co-Founder and Managing Partner Brad Copeland said. “New Braunfels Commerce Center is ideally located with a growing labor pool and the ability to serve the greater Austin and San Antonio areas.”

The development was built by Arch-Con Corporation and designed by Powers Brown Architecture. Leasing is being handled by Stream Realty Partners.

Interstate 35 between San Antonio and Austin is the busiest interstate between two metropolitan areas in Texas. Founded by German settlers in 1845, New Braunfels now has a population over 100,000.

The buildings at New Braunfels Commerce Center can accommodate tenants ranging from 18,000 to more than 200,000 square feet with move-in ready offices, drive-ins, dock doors, extended truck courts, and ESFR sprinkler systems. Details of the four buildings include:
