DALLAS – AVERA has added to its industrial land holdings North Texas with the acquisition of Valwood 40 in the Dallas area.
Valwood 40 is a 7.2 acre site located in Valwood Park. Valwood Park is a 400 acre, master planned industrial park in the Dallas Market, developed by the Woodbine Development company in the Farmer’s Branch/Carrollton area, less than 15 miles from DFW Airport.
The addition of this property adds value to Avera’s existing portfolio of land sites in Valwood Park, the Houston-baed commercial real estate company said in a statement.
The Dallas/Fort Worth area is projected to have continued positive job growth and that will translate into impressive gains in the North Texas commercial real estate market in 2014, said Mark Sikes, principal in Deal Sikes & Associates, a Houston-based real estate valuation and consulting firm.
