Trey Odom, CEO of Avera Cos.

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Avera Construction recently broke ground on a 30,000-SF warehouse on a 7.2-acre site in Deer Park, less than 10 miles from the Port of Houston.

The project is a design-build for Atlas Copco Rental LLC, a Swedish manufacturer of industrial tools and equipment. The single-story metal building will include office space and an extensive workshop.

Avera Construction was awarded the project after being selected from a highly competitive group of bidders. The project will be completed in the first quarter of 2020.

Avera Construction is an integral part of The Avera Companies – a Houston-based partnership-driven development, construction and investment firm.

Avera Companies., led by CEO Trey Odom, recently broke ground on its Cedar Port Logistics development, a 644,000-SF rail-served project on the Grand Parkway in Baytown. The Cedar Port project, developed in partnership with AEW Capital Management, is being marketed by NAI Partners.
