The Brookhollow West Business Park in northwest Houston has been sold.
HOUSTON – (Realty News Report ) – Gulf BK LLC has purchased Brookhollow West Business Park at 9777 West Gulf Bank in northwest Houston.
Walter Menuet and Judd Harrison of Colliers International represented the seller, CUNA Mutual Investment Corporation, in the transaction.
The building area totals 251,569 SF and sits on 15.46 acres at the corner of West Gulf Bank and North Gessner Road. The office-warehouse property is near the intersection of Beltway 8 and Highway 290.
The buyer, Gulf BK LLC, was represented by Abco Industrial Properties.
