Build To Rent Community Delivers in Tomball

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Ascendant Development has completed construction on Amplify Tomball, a 170-unit build-to-rent townhome community in Tomball.

The property, one of a growing number of new rental communities, is located at 17318 N. Eldridge Parkway, near Highway 249 and the Grand Parkway about 26 miles northwest of downtown Houston.

“Amplify Tomball reflects Ascendant’s focus on building upscale communities in fast-growing submarkets with strong schools and high barriers to entry,” said Richard Owen, principal of Ascendant Development. “Surrounded by neighborhoods with homes valued at $1 million and up, Amplify Tomball offers residents the space and privacy of suburban living, without the commitment of homeownership or the drive to Houston’s job and retail corridors.”

The project consists of 170 three-story townhomes with integrated one- and two-car private garages, a clubhouse and amenity suite including a resort-style saltwater swimming pool, fitness center with a dedicated yoga and spin room, gourmet resident demonstration kitchen, game room and clubroom, community dog park, and property-wide, high-speed Wi-Fi. The community is in Tomball Independent School District.

One and two-bedroom units range from 1,020 to 1,390 square feet. Rents range from about $1,699 to $3,000.

Ascendant Development, based in Houston, specializes in multifamily and student housing development throughout the United States.
