HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Capital Retail Properties is developing the Shops at Spring Village, a 20,800-SF center at 2209 Spring Stuebner Road, near the Exxon Mobil campus.
The initial tenants, including Dunkin Donuts, AT&T and Sports Clips, will open in the first quarter of 2018.
Capital Retail Properties is a Houston firm led by Eric Walker, Anderson Smith and Ford Scott, who were formerly affiliated with NewQuest Properties.
The firm recently completed Birnham Woods Marketplace, a 200,000-SF center with a Kroger Marketplace store near the Grand Parkway.
