HOUSTON – Catalyst Property Solutions and Hot Ocean, two leading property management firms, have merged.
Headquartered in Houston, Catalyst Property Solutions provides nationwide property management and receivership solutions with its hands on management style. Now with more than 6,000 single- and multi-family units under management and 250 employees, Catalyst’s operations extend coast-to-coast.
Paula Forshee founded Catalyst, a majority woman owned company, and will serve as CEO. Alan Schnur and Dave Anderson, who formed Hot Ocean in 2009, will serve as principals in the new organization. Catalyst manages more than 6,000 single- and multi-family units from coast-to-coast.
In addition, Forshee, Anderson and Schnur have formed Catalyst Syndications, through which the team will invest personal and investor capital. Anderson and Schnur will serve as co-CEOs of Catalyst Syndications.
