HOUSTON — Gessner Estates, a 659-unit apartment complex located at 8701 Town Park Drive in Houston was purchased by Phoenix-based real estate investment firm Jevan Capital, PLLC in association with Comunidad Realty Partners.

“Gessner Estates is the next step in filling the thriving need for work force housing in Houston,” said Ryan Epstein of CBRE Houston’s Multifamily Group, which represented the seller. “This location is near many major employers, and the new owner is planning several renovations to attract incoming residents to the growing Westchase area.”

The seller was RB Associates. Located just south of the Westchase District, the garden-style community allows immediate access to major transportation corridors Beltway 8, Highway 59 and the Westpark Tollway.

CBRE Group, Inc., a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Los Angeles, has 44,000 employees and 350 offices worldwide.
