HOUSTON – Provident Realty Advisors of Dallas purchased a 476-unit garden-style apartment community in Houston’s Energy Corridor from Carroll Organization for an undisclosed price.
“This property is adjacent to the Enclave Business Park, which houses Sysco, Dow and Toyota as tenants,” said Ryan Epstein of CBRE. “These major employers will ensure a steady stream of renters in this market for years to come.”
The project, Arium Briar Forest, is a recently renovated apartment complex located at 12951 Briar Forest Drive. Epstein and Clint Duncan of CBRE Houston coordinated the transaction on behalf of the seller
The project has proximity to major thoroughfares Interstate 10, Highway 6 and Beltway 8 on the west side of Houston where dozens of major energy companies have offices.
