Champions Pipe Leases Office Space in Greenspoint

HOUSTON – Champions Pipe & Supply has leased space at 4 Greenspoint Place, a Hines office property, according to Colvill Office Properties.

4 Greenspoint Place, a 403,384-square-foot Class A office building, is located in the 36-acre Greenspoint Place mixed-use office/retail development at 16925 Northchase Drive. The buildings at Greenspoint Place, originally developed by Friendswood Development, were completed between 1978 and 1992. Hines purchased the buildings in the 1990s.

Champions Pipe & Supply leased 19,457 square feet in 4 Greenspoint. Colvill Office Properties represented Hines in the lease transaction.

Kevin Saxe, Jerrod McQuain and Nick Bockhorn of CBRE, represented Champions Pipe & Supply.  Damon Thames, Richard Barbles and Tripp Pruet of Colvill Office Properties represented Hines, the landlord, in lease negotiations.

The Greenspoint market, located in north Houston, west of Bush Intercontinental Airport, The Greenspoint office market, located in north Houston, west of Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Exxon Mobil had been a major occupier of space in Greenspoint before it relocated to its new campus in the Springwoods Village development.

Colvill Office Properties specializes in landlord representation of office buildings and currently directs leasing and marketing of 20.2 million square feet of Class A office space in Houston, Dallas and College Station.
