Colvill Office Properties to Handle Leasing of Beltway Lakes III

The Beltway Lakes III building in Northwest Houston was designed by Gensler. Colvill Office Properties will lease the building.

HOUSTON – Radler Enterprises has appointed Colvill Office Properties as its exclusive leasing agent at Beltway Lakes III, a Northwest Houston office building in the Beltway Lakes development located at the intersection of Beltway 8 and Highway 249.

The nine-story, LEED Gold Certified office building features over 260,000 square feet of Class A office space.

Brad Beasley and Cameron Colvill of Colvill Office Properties will lead the leasing effort on behalf of the building’s ownership.  As owner, Radler Enterprises’ corporate offices are located at Beltway Lakes.

Designed by the world-renowned architectural firm, Gensler, Beltway Lakes III offers efficient 29,000-SF floor plates.

Colvill Office Properties specializes in landlord representation of office buildings and currently directs leasing and marketing of 17 million SF of Class A office space in Houston, Texas. The firm currently handles leasing for 32 percent of the office space in downtown Houston
