HOUSTON – Community Bancorp, LLC, has signed a long-term lease at Williams Tower for 30,064 square feet. The bank holding company will move into the building in the fourth quarter of this year, occupying 23,090 square feet on level 38 (full floor) and 6,974 square feet of retail space in the building’s lobby.
CBC was represented in lease negotiations by Kevin Snodgrass and Scott Wegmann with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas. Allison Knight and Chrissy Wilson of Hines represented Hines REIT, the building owner.
The 1.5 million-square-foot, 64-story Williams Tower is located at 2800 Post Oak Boulevard. The tower is 88.4 percent leased.
