HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Dirty Dough Cookies is expanding its footprint in Houston with eight new outposts in the Houston area, according to Colliers Houston.

Adriana Shaw with Colliers Houston worked with Dirty Dough Cookies to create the strategic market rollout.

“We’re excited to come to Houston, and we’re coming in a big way,” said John Gilleland of Dirty Dough Cookies.

Starting out of an apartment by a college student in Arizona, Dirty Dough Cookies is spreading across the United States with franchise locations.

Dirty Dough offers layered and filled four-ounce cookies with the intention of sharing or enjoying. They have four classic flavors and a weekly rotating menu with a variety of flavors

Gluten-free options are also available at Dirty Dough.

“With so many cookie-focused concepts breaking into a very competitive real estate market, we find ourselves in a real cookie war. Dirty Dough Cookies is coming in swinging!” said Adriana Shaw of Colliers Houston.

The new lease agreements solidify Dirty Dough’s footprint firmly into the Houston area market. Store locations include Cypress, Spring, Sugar Land, Katy, Baybrook, Beaumont and in the Bellaire area. The firm is continuing to look for other opportunities in various Houston markets. The grand opening for their first store is planned for early July in Cypress.
