DALLAS – A 17-story office building at 8080 North Central Expressway in Dallas has been sold, according to Steve Brown of the Dallas Morning News.
The building was purchased by a partnership of Foundry Commercial of Orlando and Intercontinental Real Estate of Boston.
The 289,000-SF tower, built in 1984, is 90 percent leased with tenants including BBVA Compass and Regency Centers. The seller, Gemini Rosemont, was represented by CBRE.
