ROSENBERG, Texas – Gamal Enterprises has acquired a 10-acre tract at the northeast corner of FM 2218 and Town Center Boulevard for a retail development southwest of Houston.
The site was acquired for $1.45 million.
“We knew this was going to be a successful venture because of Fort Bend County’s rapid population growth and the property’s proximity to Brazos Town Center,” said James Kadlick of McAlister Real Estate. McAlister’s Chris Hutcheson and Matt Herring assisted.
