DALLAS – (Realty News Report) – Hana, the new co-working/suites outfit owned by CBRE Group, is opening its first unit.

Hana will open in mid-2019 in the new PwC Tower at Park District in downtown Dallas. The 500,000-SF office building is developed by MetLife Investment Management and Trammell Crow Co.

CBRE’s Hana unit offers “Hana Share” (regular co-working, shared space); and “Hana Meet” (conference room and event space for hourly, daily or weekly rent); and “Hana Team” (private office suites). CBRE plans to open Hana facilities in 25 markets across the nation.

PwC Tower at Park District is  part of a two-tower mixed-use development, Park District, that boasts premier office space, restaurants and luxury residences. Park District stands near the heart of Downtown Dallas, the Arts District, Uptown and Klyde Warren Park.

“We couldn’t ask for a better location to launch our first Hana unit at a premier building with first class amenities,” said Andrew Kupiec, CEO of Hana.
