HOUSTON – Davis Commercial Development, LLC has broken ground at Beltway North Commerce Center, a 352,000 square-foot industrial facility located at 971 North Sam Houston Parkway East in Houston.
“We believe the highly visible location with over 1,200 feet of frontage on Beltway 8 just east of the Hardy Toll Road with direct access to Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Parkway), I-45, U.S. 59 (I-69), and the Hardy Toll Road will provide much needed distribution space to local businesses seeking to expand and to companies looking to locate to the region,” said Jeffrey P. Davis, principal of Davis Commercial Development, LLC.
The architect for the new industrial project is Munson/Kennedy Partnership, the general contractor is Rosenberger Construction, R. G. Miller Engineers is the civil engineer, and Stream Realty is the leasing broker.
