EastGroup is developing 278,000 SF in new Houston project.

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – EastGroup Properties has begun construction on a three-building industrial complex in northwest Houston.

The 278,000-SF development, known as Northwest Crossing, is located on the southwest quadrant of the Interstate 290 and State Highway 6.

JLL’s Richard Quarles, Jarret Venghaus, and Geoff Perrott will lease the facilities on behalf of East Group Properties.

The three dock-high buildings (74,968 SF, 94,614 SF and 108,186 SF) will be constructed concurrently and are expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2020.

“Northwest Crossing will offer tenants the building features and amenities they need at a superb location just minutes from Northwest Freeway,” said Kevin Sager, vice president of EastGroup.
