THE WOODLANDS – Wulfe & Co., a Houston company led by Ed Wulfe, is developing a 58,000-square-foot mixed-use project called East Shore Place near Grogan’s Mill Road in The Woodlands, the Houston Chronicle reported.
Ziegler Cooper is the architect of the two-story project, which will have office space above ground level retail. Arch-Con Corp., a Houston firm led by Michael Scheurich, is the general contractor. A freestanding bank will be part of the project.
Ed Wulfe, who has been in retail real estate since 1963, recently participated in a lengthy Q&A interview published on the Realty News Report web site. Wulfe has developed a number of prominent retail projects in Houston, including BLVD Place, Meyerland Plaza and Gulfgate.
