HOUSTON – Post Oak Energy Capital, a Houston-based private equity firm, has acquired a 27,000-SF office building in the Riverway submarket in Houston.
The three-story building, which was developed by Midway Cos. in a joint venture with Charles Grube, is located at 34 South Wynden Drive, near the Uptown District. Years ago, the building served as the headquarters of Midway.
Griff Bandy and Kelly Torian of NAI Partners represented the buyer. The seller, Alvand Properties LLC, was represented by Alex Taghi of NAI Partners and Trey Strake of Cushman & Wakefield.
The building is near the Uptown District.
