HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Exeter Property Group recently acquired the 250,000-SF Century Oaks Business Park on the southwest side of Houston. The business park is located along South Sam Houston Parkway near Highway 90 in the Missouri City area. Century Oaks Business Park consists of six industrial buildings totaling 245,860 SF on 19 acres of land. FedEx is a major tenant. The seller, Bearden Investments, was represented by Clay Peeples and Bo Pettit with Boyd Commercial, LLC/CORFAC International.
