DENTON, Texas – (Realty News Report) – Fidelis Realty Partners of Bellaire has acquired the Rayzor Ranch Town Center along with 60 acres of land for development in Denton in North Texas.
Fidelis is planning to build as much as 300,000 SF of retail space on the land, located along Interstate 35. Construction is expected to begin later this year, Rick Coe, head Fidelis’ DFW office, told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Fidelis, owner of Meyerland Plaza in Houston, bought the Rayzor project from RED Development.
Fidelis, led by CEO Alan Hassenflu, has a 10 million SF retail portfolio with properties in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Tennessee.
