HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Caldwell Cos. has announced plans to develop a 330-unit multifamily complex in Spring on the northwest side of Houston.
Construction will begin soon and initial residents will arrive in 1919. The Class A property will be called Lakeview Oaks.
The project will be construction at the corner of Gosling Road and FM 2920, south of the Grand Parkway and west of Intestate 45. It is zoned to the Klein school district.
“Lakeview” is the multifamily brand for Caldwell Cos. a Houston-based firm controlled by Fred Caldwell. The firm will develop other Lakeview apartments in the Houston area.
