HOUSTON – Furinno, which specializes in ready-to-assemble modern furniture, has leased 50,400-SF in the Apex Distribution Center in northwest Houston.
Crow Holdings Industrial developed Apex Distribution Center. It includes the former Goya Foods building, a 140,000-SF building along with two newly constructed speculative warehouses containing another 270,000 SF.
David M. Boyd, Greg Barra and Wes Williams of Boyd Commercial represented the landlord in the Furinno lease, which brings the project to 86 percent occupancy.
Furinno, which was founded in 2010, was represented by Richard Chen of Richard’s Investment.
The distribution center, 5750 Brittmoore Road, is on the west side of the Sam Houston Tollway, about a mile south of Highway 290.
