“We are excited about delivering a new landmark office building to the dynamic Uptown Park/ Galleria market,” said Dennis Nelson, partner at Nelson Murphree Legacy Partners, LLC.

“We have the unique status of breaking ground on the only multi-tenant office building in the Galleria area in 2014,” said David Nelson, partner at Nelson Murphree Legacy Partners, LLC. “The site-work and foundation is projected to be complete by February 2015 and we anticipate topping out by October 2015. Tenant improvement work can begin as early as December 2015 with occupancy in March of 2016.”
