HOUSTON — (Realty News Report) – Constellation Real Estate Partners has acquired two tracts of land on the south side of Houston where it will construct two spec warehouses.
Combined, the two projects will deliver 657,874 SF of industrial space to the Houston market by the fourth quarter of 2026.
“Constellation believes Houston is one of the strongest industrial markets in Texas and the Sunbelt with no signs of slowing,” said J.W. Fields of Constellation Real Estate Partners. “We are committed to finding infill opportunities in key logistics markets throughout the region.”
The two new projects are:
Constellation Southbelt, a three-building 375,602-SF spec that recently broke ground on 29 acres the company acquired at 6339 S. Sam Houston Pkwy E. The project will have a laydown yard for outdoor storage. Leasing efforts for Constellation Southbelt will be handled by Zack Taylor, Ryan Byrd, and Jason Scholtz with Colliers.
Constellation Cullen, a 282,272-SF industrial building will rise at 13814 Cullen Boulevard near Beltway 8 South, where warehouse construction has boomed in recent years. Cape Bell, Greg Holmes, and Savannah Smith with CBRE are overseeing marketing and leasing. Constellation Cullen will break ground in Q1 2026 and will feature 36-foot clear heights.
Constellation is developing the two projects in partnership with a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital. Founded by Jeremy Giles and Hien Le, Constellation has developed 24 Sunbelt projects, totaling 12 million SF since 2021.
