HOUSTON – Hakimee Real Properties of Houston has acquired a manufacturing facility near Houston Intercontinental Airport on the north side of Houston.
The 57,000-SF building sits on a 4.6-are site at 2330 Peyton Road.
John Ferruzzo and Michael Keegan of NAI Partners represented the seller, ArrowRock Tres-Industrial. Mansur Hussain of Hutaib USA represented the buyer.
