DALLAS – (Realty News Report) – Hines is contemplating a 12-story, mixed-use project on Commerce Street in the Deep Ellum district of Dallas, reports Steve Brown of the Dallas Morning News.
The proposed development would have 18,000-SF of restaurant and retail space, which will be leased by the Shop Cos.
Six floors of office space will be constructed atop the parking garage, Brown reports. Hines declined to discuss the deal.
Deep Ellum is known for its lively entertainment district with clubs, restaurants and concert venues.
