HOUSTON – The Houston Club Building, an 18-story office tower in downtown Houston, has been purchased by Skanska USA from Wells Fargo Bank.
The 350,000-sf building, 811 Rusk, is expected to be demolished to make way for new construction. The Houston Club, a social organization established in 1894, announced it relocate to another location.
