Houston Hotel Firm Relocates Headquarters

HOUSTON – American Liberty Hospitality, a Houston based hotel firm led by Nick Massad Jr., has leased 6,700 SF of office space in west Houston for its headquarters.

American Liberty Hospitality has several hotels in downtown Houston, including the 262-room Embassy Suites and The Sam Houston Hotel, along with other hotels in Texas and Louisiana.
The hotel firm leased office space at 2901 Wilcrest Drive, south of Westheimer Road and west of the Sam Houston Tollway. Dan Boyles Jr. and Liz Westcott-Brown of NAI Partners represented the hotel firm in the lease.
Evelyn Ward of Transwestern represented the landlord, Soluxe International USA LLC.
American Liberty Hospitality’s offices had been on Richmond Avenue for almost 20 years. Mr. Massad has served as Chairman of the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau and has been president of the Houston Hotel and Motel Association. He has also served on Dean’s Advisory Board of the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management at the University of Houston.
