HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – City Bank is relocating its Houston branch to Midway’s CITYCENTRE development in west Houston.
City Bank, based in Lubbock, currently has its location at 10800 Bellaire Boulevard, Located near the Sam Houston Tollway and the Katy Freway, CITYCENTRE is a 47-acre mixed-use development with 350,000 SF of retail, 625,000 SF of office, 1,155 apartment units and two hotels.

Leasing at Memorial City
HOUSTON – Three new tenants moved into office buildings in Memorial City, according to Brad MacDougall of MetroNational, the Houston-based developer of the 265-acre mixed-use project.
Mutual of Omaha Insurance leased 5,400-SF in the Three Memorial City Place building. Southland Title moved into Memorial City Place, 9821 Katy Freeway. And BancorpSouth Bank moved into 5,100 SF in 10100 Katy Freeway.

Jindal Tubular Leases Downtown Space
HOUSTON – Jindal Tubular, which manufactures pipe used in oilfield drilling, has leased 4,078 SF of office space in the 1201 Louisiana building in downtown Houston.
The office will be used as a sales office for Jindal Tubular, which manufacurers and supplies pipe in a wide range of diameters and thicknesses for oil and gas uses in both onshore and offshore sectors, in addition to water transmission and structural and piling applications.
NAI Partners Michael Mannella and Dan Boyles represented Jindal in the lease.
