Houston Multifamily Firm Buys Community in Central Texas

SAN ANTONIO – (Realty News Report) – Sun Holdings Group, a Houston-based real estate investment and management firm with managed by managing partner Ido Blatt, acquired the Tradehouse at Bulverde Marketplace, a 330-unit, apartment building in San Antonio.

The property is in the Bulverde Marketplace, a 104-acre mixed use development anchored by HEB.

The three-story, garden style apartment is near the University of Texas at San Antonio and Loop 1604.

The property, built in 2018, offers one and two-bedroom floor plans of up to 1,532 SF.

“We worked closely with Freddie Mac and Berkadia’s Cutt Abelson to successfully secure very attractive financing,” said Ido Blatt. “We look forward to building upon these types of relationships to pursue future acquisitions.”

SYNC Residential, the property management arm of Sun Holdings Group, will manage Tradehouse at Bulverde Marketplace. The company also owns and manages two other properties in San Antonio and four other properties in Central Texas.

“We are very excited to expand our footprint ina resilient market like San Antonio,”  said Oren Blatt, Managing Partner of Sun Holdings Group.

The Houston-based firm owns and manages 5,500 Class-A apartment units across Texas, Arkansas  and Georgia.
