HOUSTON – Houston Association of Realtors’ website is now carrying listings from Austin, part of the Houston realty organization to expand across the state.

With the addition of Austin-area properties from ABoR, HAR.com now offers 92 percent of all the real estate listings in the lone star state. HAR.com is ranked among the top real estate websites in Texas. Each month, the site draws millions of visitors that view listing detail pages 30 million times on average. The site began providing statewide property listing services in early 2015.

“The Austin Board of Realtors already provides superior services to its members and the organization saw an opportunity to further expand member resources through HAR.com,” said Mario Arriaga, chairman of the Houston Association of Realtors, which owns and operates HAR.com. “We are delighted to have ABoR on board.”

The Houston association created a new moniker to match HAR.com – the ‘Homes And Rentals’ website.

Launched in 1997, HAR.com is ranked fourth among all real estate websites in the state of Texas. Each month, the site provides consumers immediate access to more than 145,000 active listings for sale or lease, as well as 8.2 million property records across the state.
